I have to complain about the horrendous wait times on the @OFLoakfurniture head office call centre. So far 4 attempts) 1st- 44 mins, 2nd - 52 mins, 3rd-68mins and lastly 104 mins and things still not resolved. Would someone from the company like to comment?

@HSBC_UK hey HSBC I'm an existing customer (20 yrs)really doing my best to open a joint account. Can't do it online (existing customer), can't do it over telephone banking and can't do it in any branch apart from one in a major city centre? Really? Easier to switch bank?

@RoyalMailHelp please update on delivery status on packages and letter at Northwich sorting office. My tracked 1st class parcel was confirmed as sent mid November and when checking tracking there has not yet been an attempted delivery.....
