@The_BeeGirl Hi I was wondering if you could help me with some bee identification. I saw these in our garden just now and just want to make sure we should be concerned with kids playing nearby. They seem very harmless and from googling it looks like they may be ivy bees. 🐝 #bees
@The_BeeGirl Hi @The_BeeGirl I managed to get a half decent pic here. They aren’t aggressive in any way and I managed to get fairly close, and they aren’t very loud either even when there are a few of them.

Last year I started a thread of illegal fires!
First sunny weekend of 2024 and whammo - fire spontaneously happens.
A truly wonderful FULLY NATURAL NATIVE FIRE and NOT ANTHROPOGENIC DESTRUCTION.
Good stuff, gorse is only full of biodiversity anyway - we need less
@RKELLAS Hi Rob, there may be some nice Mac inspired clothes you may like here. The one that looks like it was written on a Palm Pilot is fairly cool! https://t.co/LsYOdhSTFX
@RKELLAS @A7X__BRAD @RyanEaglen That must be so frustrating. Can you use original music from unknown/unsigned bands, with your audience I am sure there are enough bands. Although I know it’s the actual song that makes it but at least you could use music and promote unsigned bands.
As always, many people asking us about #bumblebees at the moment - WHY THEY’RE SEEING THEM ON THE GROUND - so here’s a thread to explain what they’re up to.
Please #retweet.
Every #queen that survives means a new colony that gets to exist & produce new queen #bees for next year!
