The IL-18 armored CAR-T data from @carlhjune's group at ASH this year is remarkable (https://t.co/NTDo7yGMHn). 100% ORR so far, 7/8 patients had relapsed on a prior CAR-T product. IL-18 baby!!!

@ParikhSimul Yeah I agree - exploratory analysis showed no difference in recurrence b/w risk groups, but # of local recurrence events was low and the eligibility criteria were broad. Need to better figure out pts who are truly at greatest risk.
