To all hosts on the @booking.com platform. Did you know if @booking.com don’t collect the correct payment from a guest they only pay what they collected, even if the guest stays!
That is the explanation I have just been given on the phone for a short payment!😳

According to an operative @bookingcom my incorrect payment is due to @bookingcom not collecting the correct payment from the guest. So they haven’t paid me what was originally quoted on the booking😳
Who knew I could be penalised for their error!

Trainline App says to Carlisle is cancelled while email says to Edinburgh is cancelled??
