Capitalism works but not when there’s blatant profiteering on essential supplies. Reduce these bills and give people more money to spend in the rest of the economy. The whole system needs reform, the supply network should be state owned, working pretty much in the same manor but as a non profit.

@edfenergy The link says cost will go up with increased usage, so doesn’t explain the need for insane increases in standing charges? Unless of course @UKPowerNetworks are now charging you double for their network, or perhaps you’ve given all your staff living wage pay rises.
