@esme_saysno I did, and liked it. I was joking about learning to drive on the Gardiner - a suicidal decision by any driving instructor (or parent if they were old school).
My best guess is that FinX is 90% bots and grifters, and my second best guess is that many of them are paid. Pick any growth stock with retail buzz and you’ll find a circle of accounts that hype it non-stop on green days and fall silent on red ones. Some have a basket of these stocks. None of them will share their entry prices.
@HamedNaseri01@grok I asked Astra why there is something instead of nothing and got a verbose, deeply thoughtful answer. I replied with WRONG, and as god is my witness that’s the first time I’ve heard an LLM sound hurt.

@Taylor_WZW Yet another Spacemob account with an AI photo claiming to know more about MNVOs, spectrum, satellites and SpaceX than SpaceX.
It’s all so obvious.
@TheProfInvestor A terrific post and I feel like I could tag at least 20 hype bro accounts very easily. It's a horrible thing, especially for newer and/or younger investors who don't yet understand that a great story is one small part of a very complex picture.

The problem isn’t demand for compute, or chip supply, or open weights, or any of that. The problem is that this entire sector is now priced beyond perfection through 2030 and investors are taking the slightest hint of a crack in the dam as a sign to get their money out before everyone gets washed away.
We are essentially playing a giant game of collective chicken.
