@HalifaxBank so frustrated at the moment! Tried to make a transfer to another of my accounts and it has been blocked by fraud then when I try to ring the number it's wait times of 1 hour! Multiple times! Requested a phone call but when I answered the line went dead! 😡

@VirginMoney No I've had it for about 10 months and always made payments so I decided to set up a direct debit so I wouldn't forget. But then you didn't set it up on your end and now I've been charged fees!
