All it does is expand the already existing research and technology agreements that exist between the U.S. and Israel, which we have with basically all of our allies. It's like saying that NORAD is a "merger" of our military with Canada's.

Today I voted yes to ban insider trading and no on the NDAA (in its current form as there were issues). The NDAA will be going to conference with the Senate meaning a different version will be coming back to the house for a Vote before final passage. There will be changes. Will keep you posted.

The NDAA passed the house with Section 219 included. If it passes the Senate, Israel’s military will be integrated with ours.
