What began in 1994 as a small operation called Tolerance Plus, founded by brothers Mark and Chuck Larson in a two-story garage along the Rock River in Cleveland, Illinois, quickly evolved into one of America's most respected firearms manufacturers. Originally producing high-quality custom 1911 components, the company incorporated as Rock River Arms in 1996 and expanded into AR-platform manufacturing, laying the foundation for the performance-driven brand known today.

From the first custom 1911 sold in 1997 to the launch of the company's first complete LAR-15 rifles, Rock River Arms built momentum by pushing standards higher and refusing to compromise on quality. As demand grew, so did the company's manufacturing footprint, leading to the construction of its Colona, Illinois facility in 2002 and more than 30,000 square feet of expansion by 2006.

This bill was designed and passed by the Democrat State House Representatives, Democrat State House Senators and then signed by Democrat Governor Polis on 4/10/2025 for final passage. These individuals have met the elements of 18 USC 241 & 18 USC 242 which is a violation of Federal Civil Rights laws. SB25-003 can be found at https://t.co/CxYjrZpV1j a list of those elected officials who voted yes can be obtained from the Colorado State Capitol. There are too many to list with a five hundred word limit for this document. SB 25-003 was designed to restrict and take my civil rights under the pretense of public safety.
