Anyone else remember the days of @cta A/B trains? The blue line delays reminded me of how efficient the express trains can be. I made Jefferson Park to Lake in under 15 minutes. (Stopping at Logan and Damen too).

@forestgregg When you get down to it it’s pretty arbitrary (legally) what is prosecuted. The arrest, charges, prosecution, trial, sentencing, and any post sentence relief… all these steps offer opportunities for discretion and deviation
