🔥 Yana Makhnyk, our Chief Growth Officer, is speaking at the @waibsummit Monaco this week in Monte-Carlo.
👉 Panel topic: who actually tells the #Web3 story. Media, builders, and mainstream adoption.
It's a question worth sitting with. Most Web3 projects produce content nonstop, but the gap between "content" and "a story that moves institutional buyers" is still massive.
That's the conversation Yana is walking into.
📍June 9-10. One Monte-Carlo, Monaco.

@ibizatechforum 2026 is a wrap, and what an event it was ⚡️
Generis was an official partner of ITF 2026 alongside @BybitEU , @bitvavocom , @krakenfx , @moonpay , and the @SolanaFndn.
Our CBDO, Yana Makhnyk, took the stage, and both she and Anna Tsarenko represented Generis brilliantly throughout the forum.
The conversations, the connections, the energy, they brought it all back with them.
Thank you to the Ibiza Tech Forum team for putting together something truly special. We're already looking forward to the next edition 🌴

🌴 @Ibizatechforum 2026 is happening this week, and our CBDO Yana Makhnyk is taking the stage on May 20 👏🔥
1/ 🎙️ Her session: "On-Chain and Unfiltered: A candid conversation on influence, wealth, community and what Web3 actually got right".
2/ 💡 At Generis, we work with #Web3 companies every day that have a strong product, but struggle to earn the trust of institutional buyers.
3/ 🎯 The gap is almost never the product. It's the positioning, the credibility signals, and the ability to speak the language that enterprise decision-makers actually respond to.
4/ 🏛️ That's exactly what Yana will be breaking down on stage: how Web3 communities and founders build real influence and trust, and what that means for businesses trying to be taken seriously at the institutional level.
5/ 📍 May 20 | Ibiza Tech Forum 2026 See you there 👀✨

Our Head of BD is heading to Paris Blockchain Week 🇫🇷
Yana Makhnyk will be in Paris April 14-17 to meet with Web3 companies ready to move from retail-focused narratives to institutional positioning.
If you need strategic support to make enterprise buyers trust your brand — exchanges, custody providers, infrastructure builders, tokenization platforms — this is your chance to connect.
Let's meet in Paris.
🔥The RWA market grew from $6.6B to $26.4B in one year. But most projects are still losing institutional investors before the first conversation.
65% of tokenized asset holders are institutional. They analyze yield, compliance, and who else is already in the room. 😎😎
What doesn't work: Crypto jargon. Discord communities. Influencer campaigns. "Revolutionary protocol" messaging.
What does:
🎯 Yield-first content — lead with numbers, not narrative
🎯 Compliance as a marketing asset — audits, regulatory alignment, real case studies
🎯 Right channels — Financial Times, offline briefings, financial analysts
🎯 Live dashboards with real-time data — they convert better than any ad copy
We at #Generis help #RWA teams build the kind of presence institutional investors actually trust.

We’re expanding our media network with @incrypted 🙌
As one of the most recognized crypto-focused media platforms in the region, Incrypted connects founders, investors, and active #Web3 participants.
This partnership allows us to amplify our clients’ presence in a market known for high #crypto engagement and strong technical communities.
🤝 Distribution is infrastructure.
3. How do you distinguish a promising project? 🎯
For me, it always starts with one core question: what real problem does the project solve?
Is it a startup built around hype and a quick TGE to raise capital? Or is it addressing a genuine user pain point beyond crypto Twitter? That’s my first and most important filter.
The second filter is founder vision. If the goal is simply to “raise a million” without a clear long-term roadmap, defined audience, and sustainable KPIs, that’s a red flag. I want to see long-term thinking, not short-term extraction.
The third factor is the founders themselves. I look at their background, proactivity, willingness to take responsibility, invest their own resources, build networks, and think strategically.
A strong project is never just about technology. It’s about real value, mature vision, and founders who are ready to build for years, not for one cycle.
More team insights coming soon.

🎤 We’re launching a new interview series with the Generis team, sharing how we analyze and build in the #Web3 market from the inside.
The first conversation features Yana Makhnyk, Head of Business Development, working directly with founders, investors, and strategic partners.
2. What about MiCA and regulation? How has it affected business development? 🏦
Regulation has clearly reshaped the market, especially in Europe. Due diligence requirements increased. Legal structures became more important. Deal cycles got longer. Projects now allocate more resources to legal support and compliance, which raises costs.
At the same time, there is a positive side. Institutional trust has grown. Capital increasingly flows to projects solving real problems instead of short-term meme narratives. Regulation also filters out one-day teams.
However, we see part of Web3 activity shifting toward Asia. Some projects prefer relocating operations rather than fully adapting to MiCA. As a result, Asia currently looks more dynamic, while Europe is moving at a slower pace.
