@AmericanAir YOU SUCK! AA 3504 in Midland...45 minute delay departure...you load plane, push away from gate and immediately announce a 1 hour delay due to ground stop in Dallas! YOU KNEW THAT! Now I sit for 1 hour on tarmac! This is why people hate the airlines!
