Madame Celeste Amarilla,

In KENYA,
USAID was forcing HIV counsellors to forcibly and falsely look for HIV POSITIVE numbers even when the data was inaccurate.
USAID forced midwives to insert hormonal implants into every postpartum woman, and in return paid midwives some incentives.
USAID was a scam.
For FULL INFORMATION:
1. My kid bro was on the road @ntsa_kenya said he was though he didn’t know the speed he was driving at.
2. When my bro sent me the text from @ntsa_kenya , I told him to verify before he paid.
3. He called the number on it & was told to pay the fine in any @KCBInKenya nearest to him.
4. When my bro returned to Nairobi, he went to KCB Branch at Freedom Heights on Lang’ata Road.
5. My bro went to a bank teller who confirmed the fine is legitimate & that he can pay the fine.
6. My bro paid the fine & was issued with a KCB receipt!
The entire process looked so legitimate except that after paying, my bro got the text alert that the money was paid to an account of CATHERINE JERONO TOMNO.
Unless @ntsa_kenya & @KCBInKenya publicly respond to this, then we will assume that they are part of a scheme to defraud Kenyans. Why should public funds be deposited in a private account?
I don’t like Junet Mohammed because he is a pathetic crook, clown and mediocre opportunist. However, @rigathi’s claim that he and @WilliamsRuto paid Junet Kshs. 5,000,000 to sabotage Raila Odinga’s 2022 presidential election cannot be true, and is frankly, churlish. Kshs. 5,000,000 could not have made Junet undermine a candidate who would have appointed him a senior CS!
Even lying requires a bit of intelligence. Rigathi is becoming too desperate to be taken seriously!
I would like to offer to pay the salaries of TSA personnel during this funding impasse that is negatively affecting the lives of so many Americans at airports throughout the country
After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.
The Bar has spoken, and the message is clear: A new chapter begins for the Law Society of Kenya - grounded in discipline, legitimacy and the will of the membership.
The will of the membership is supreme.
I am humbled to lead this great Society and look forward to working with the incoming Council to protect our members and defend the Rule of Law.
This Thursday, we decide whether the Law Society of Kenya will drift under pressure or rise with structure, discipline and purpose.
As this campaign closes, I speak to you not merely as a candidate, but as a colleague who understands the systemic pressures facing our profession, and the responsibility of leadership at this moment.
This election is about stewardship.
It is about restoring institutional discipline in the management of our finances and secretariat - ensuring transparent processes, predictable governance and systems that outlive personalities.
It is about protecting the practice space - firmly confronting quackery, unlawful encroachment and the steady erosion of professional standards that threaten the livelihood of advocates.
It is about expanding opportunity, not redistributing scarcity - strengthening ADR as a primary pathway, positioning advocates for emerging sectors such as technology, digital trade and green energy, and leveraging regional and continental integration to secure broader markets for our members.
It is about structured skills development and mentorship - especially for the Young and Mid-Bar - so that entry into the profession is not survival by chance, but progression by design.
It is about an LSK that is independent in defending the rule of law, disciplined in governance, credible before the Judiciary and *Government*, and respected by its own members.
I humbly ask for your vote on Thursday, 19th February, 2026.
Let us reclaim the dignity of our profession and secure a future where every advocate - from the newest admission to the most senior silk - feels the power of their Society behind them.
The #TimeIsRIPE for a #StrongLSKForAll.
Charles Kanjama SC
LSK Presidential Candidate
