College Students Are Rapidly Losing the Ability to Read “Offloading the struggle to a chatbot does not ‘free students up for higher-order work.’ It deprives them of building the strength to do any substantial cognitive work at all.” https://t.co/xjaiXJw4zV
Grateful to advance to the general election after more than 300,000 voters participated in our primary election. I salute my fellow candidates for the campaigns they ran.
Over the coming months, I’ll continue meeting with people across the district—residents, working families, business owners, elected officials, and community leaders—to hear their ideas and share my vision for SD24.
This is the community where I grew up, where Claire and I are raising our kids—so this is personal, not just political. We have work to do to change the way this state is governed: to make it easier and more affordable for families and small businesses; to confront crime and homelessness; to address the big challenges of our future like AI and climate change and insurance; and to fix our toxic and divisive politics.
I look forward to a campaign that focuses on issues and solutions, and I am confident that—with your help—we will win in November.
Thinking of my friend Alexei Navalny and his family today. He would have turned 50 today.

Yesterday the @JewishJournal published my first op-ed ever. This was a responsibility I felt called to take, and I am grateful to my dear friend and co-author Laura Goldstein for encouraging me to see it through.
I submitted this weeks ago because I knew these issues mattered. Results may seem conclusive right now, but there are still so many ballots to be counted and with elections, you never really know.
This conversation is just the beginning.
It would mean so much to me if you would read it, share your thoughts, and share it if it resonated with you.

I was so honored to be able to attend King Charles III’s address to a Joint Session of Congress. Simply put: The King nailed it.
His speech was a much-needed morale boost for Congress, as he glowingly praised our nation and highlighted the role Congress plays in our democratic republic.
The speech was a terrific combo of wit, humor, history and appreciation. I believe most members of Congress feel better after the speech than they did before. Though I will admit it was a bit odd that the unifying feeling had to come from the King of England… but so be it!
🎯 "Let’s just move on" has done incredible damage in societies. Russia refusing to seek accountability for Soviet crimes is one. The Democrats acting like MAGA was no longer a threat after 2020 is another. Magyar understands that justice is not the same as vengeance.
The Westside barely survived ten years of DSA/Bonin lawlessness, chaos, and crime. It doesn't matter what zip code you live in - no resident, family, or business anywhere - should have to put up with this kind of behavior, period. Vote accordingly!
