@JetBlue I paid to check my bag so that I could put my backpack in the overhead bin so I would have leg room. Someone else doesn’t pay and I am forced to put my bag under the seat and lose the legroom. How do I get a refund for the baggage fees.
@XfinitySupport i am trying to get an issue resolved with my bill as i have 4 boxes showing on my bill and i only have 3 and I am not able to connect with anyone. It appears like there is a significant increase in my bill this month which is alarming. Please advise.
@ouraring I have tried multiple times to purchase a ring with the flash sale going on, but my “payments is unsuccessful.” I tried cc and PayPal. I cannot go to another retailer as I have a gift card with Oura. On top of all this there is no one I can speak with to resolve.
@SacherHotels We recently stayed at your hotel in your Salzburg hotel. The hotel was lovely, but what amazed me the most is how wonderful your staff is. They were all the kindest and most accommodating group of people I have had the pleasure to run across. Kudos!!
We asked for our backed potato to be prepared without the butter, bacon, etc. and it came out loaded. In fairness, the creamed spinach was excellent and Val, the bartender/waiter (as we had to sit in the bar because they could not tell us when we could be seated), was very nice.
@SullivansSteak I was excited to give your restaurant a shot, but walked away disappointed. Had a 6:30 reservation and by 7pm still had not been seated. When the diabetic in our group approached the hostess and explained that his blood sugar was getting low, he was told
They were cleaning tables and had no idea when we would be able to sit. When I looked in the restaurant there were 4 booths and 2 four top tables open. We asked for our steak medium rare and it came out raw. When we asked for it to be cooked a bit more it came back medium.
@Experian I am trying to report identity theft and when I go to your website it says I have to call to file a claim. When I call it tells me I have to go to the website to file a claim. How do I speak with someone to get an issue resolved?

@MarriottBonvoy tough start to 10 days at the Frenchman Reef in St. Thomas. Booked a king ocean front month ago to arrive, be sent to our room and find out that they are in the middle of painting it. Rather than being upgraded, the put us in a smaller room with queen beds.
@MBonvoyAssist I waited the entire rest of the trip to hear from management based on your message and heard nothing from management about the issues that we had not the ones that continued during our stay.
@MBonvoyAssist The room was cleaned well one day. My wife was handed a bag and toilet paper after telling the cleaning people that we were out. They reply from the cleaning people were that they were not sure they were going to get to our room that day.
@MBonvoyAssist 4 out of 10 days were paid for by a company. I paid for the remaining 6. Though I am not sure why bad service is acceptable to you whether I paid or the company paid. The front desk did not handle the complaint as I had requested a king bedroom and was not provided one.
