Last week we celebrated the 90th Anniversary of the enactment of the Rural Electrification Administration with the USDA @CarrollEMC. In large part thanks to the USDA/REA, GA’s EMCs have grown from a mechanism to bring light to rural farmland to being true partners in progress. 🤝
