@HSBC_UK I can’t access online banking to even view my balance, never known a bank like it. Anyone have any info how to get in touch with the ombudsman? Sick to death of this now.

@HSBC_UK after contacting you on a regular basis from Feb 2020, getting palmed off and told I’ll receive a call or a letter, I didn’t get either. I haven’t had a statement in I don’t know how long, regularly making payments with no correspondence.
