@GeraldBanks5432 @easyJet It really did. The person on the phone was really convincing. Obviously - now I know that nobody from EasyJet would care enough to pay that much attention…😂. But please - beware scammers! Obviously this is a big problem….

@mrshrvb @easyJet won’t be flying with @easyJet after hearing this! Absolutely appalling, poor you!
I’ll warn people about this. Did the scam look like it came from easy jet?

@easyjet has lost my luggage. Been contacted by multiple scammers using their logo and claiming to be “head of customer services”. Only contact from EasyJet is to put me back to their hopeless website- their own rep has told me directly they’ve lied to me….

@easyJet Asked for a receipt for bags at @LDNLutonAirport - told they weren’t issued and all was linked to our boarding pass. One of our bags didn’t arrive and everyone now needs the receipt. Your colleague on the phone has just told me “he lied to you”. Which is true?
