AVOID @HomeServeUK - called them in an emergency. 2 hrs to answer the phone, promised someone 2b with us within 4 hrs, then sent a text saying it will be 4 days, apologised and promised to pay the plumbers bill, two weeks later we're still chasing them for the money! 😡

@AmazonUK oh lord save us from off shore customer services who don't have a clue!!! Alexa app is requesting different login from Amazon app yet the Amazon device "specialist" only advice is to follow the faulty Alexa app new P/W request 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

@sonos haven't been able to get support for 2 weeks now and is been getting worse and worse!
Now there's a 75minute wait for technical support!!!! Clearly the new app has really crewed things up.
