There is no way I would handle a plastic bottle on the ground. I was warned by a motorway employee that people urinate into them & discard them. Saw proof later.

No chance !! I have picked up amazing items while collecting litter & from my experience the only deterrent is education/heavy fines

Please explain the advantage from me changing from diligently recycling my waste, to taking them to a supermarket to get my refund & wasting everyone’s time.
