Missed my completion, due to them not sending confirmation. spent 9 hours on hold and thats just today. How is this allowed to be so bad on a government scheme?

@helptobuy We was due to complete yesterday, but you have not returned the confirmation so have now delayed us. Neither solicitors or ourselves can get through to customer service on the phone! Redemption has been issued, all we need is for you to confirm we can complete today!!!
