@UberEats - just wondering if anyone has ever been successful in getting a refund. My card was used for over £400 of transactions and I’m being passed from one automated response to another
@UberUKI_Support I have responded 3 times and you keep sending me the same automated dribble - I’ve supplied copies of statements card numbers and everything else apart from a dna sample
@Uber_Support - is anyone able to respond to my numerous emails regarding the almost £400 that has left my account - causing me much distress and additional bank charges!!!
@LizzieNoyce@helptobuy I’m not sure how - but my solicitor did and managed to keep them on the phone and get it sorted as they’d lost my paperwork! Finally all went through today! Honestly - heartbreaking, the most stressful week ever
@helptobuy another day on hold! It’s 9.54 and both me and my solicitor are on our second call! I have DM’d & emailed! I desperately need an Authority to complete - I should have had this last week! I’m paying you back! How can you make this so incredibly distressing and difficult

@Rogue_Gabi@helptobuy How very sorry I am for us all - how can this be allowed to happen! One of the most upsetting days with no resolution, my funds have been returned to the lender and next week I’ll probably find myself in the same situation!

@Secretsales - by far the worst customer service ever. This company was quite happy to take my money for my order but won’t help locate my parcel - if it was even ever dispatched!
@BarclaysUK I lost my husband in February this year - since then I have received 3 letters about other customers that have passed away, none of them any relation to me but under my address! Your advice “return the letters and statements” This is unbelievably distressing! How is this safe!
@easyJet I’ve been waiting since....MARCH for my refund! I’ve emailed and called with no luck! Try putting yourselves in the customers shoes! It’s beyond frustrating. Try working through the numerous complaints rather than teaming up with comics book artists!
@jet2tweets I have been trying to speak to someone since 4am this morning - so frustrating. Website says - Priority is given to travellers due to depart before the 15th July?? I’d like to amend my booking but how the heck do I even get hold of anyone @jet2tweets !
