@SoveyX Depends on what industry you're in. Staying put and upgrading then aggressively paying off is a lock. Once interest rates drop (if ever) then upgrade and rent out house 1. I got a 100% raise, upgraded, then got laid off a year later and was out of work a year. Be careful.
