Higher history taking part in βChallenge Povertyβ week. Looking at the beginning of the welfare state and who it aimed to help (elderly, sick, young, unemployed) compared with modern day statistics of poverty!
S2 History had a great lesson today learning about King John Balliol. Pupils explored why he was often referred to as βthe puppet kingβ and demonstrated their understanding by creating their own version on King John. Super effort everyone πππ€΄π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
