@MedBonnevie This is a really good compilation of the data @MedBonnevie! Would be really interesting to also see how those same studies sequenced strength + endurance training across a week; ie. concurrently, interspersed, recovery between etc. Fascinating subject for time crunched athletes.
@metrotrains@Bec_Halpin@metrotrains seriously, I’ve now watched 9 trains pass through with no room. I’ve been on the platform, two stops from work, for 58 minutes. Is this the service level your customers usually receive?
@metrotrains do your “performance” stats take account of customers who can’t board the train they plan to take because of overcrowding? I’ve been at Kensington station with the same 80 people for 40mins as no less than 6 trains have passed through so far today no one can board.
I’ll save you the trouble. The 8 trains I’ve now watched come and go and collect no-one count as “delivered” and “punctual” services, although the provide no service at all to anyone here.
@metrotrains Make that 7 trains. But don’t worry, my 48min wait has been nicely punctuated by the intercom system regularly reminding me that you’re running a good service on the line today. What does a bad service look like?
@_LeeTurner @cyclingvictoria Well the “timing” put me 3mins down on the bunch, which is about 2 clear laps behind the winner. I actually came 4th. Money well spent.
@_LeeTurner @cyclingvictoria Suspect a $40 entry fee for a race with no prize money on a track we usually pay $20 to race on (with prize $) might also play a role
