Auteur theory will kill you but the sheer consistency of Takashi Ishii’s gloomfire soaks and torrential despairs rocks? I would never have guessed in ages these were all different cinematographers.

@Utd_Y14 There was a movie I watched recently with an average rating of like 2.4 and I couldn't figure out why. It turns out the majority of people were watching a really bad version of the movie where all the subtitles are wrong so it seems incoherent. Can't trust average ratings really
