@HMD_UK @ValDelacretaz Exactly the same in Rwanda in 1994 during the genocide against Tutsi, victims were forced to keep their IDs with mention "Tutsi" wherever they go in order to be identified by security officers or militia members who had powers of life or death over the Tutsi.
