~50k women are currently #pregnant in #gaza; 5522 due to deliver this month (@UNFPA 13/10). The plight of these women & their babies cannot be ignored-rapid depletion of essential supplies, *personnel* & lack of access to whatever shreds of maternity care remain

Job opportunity in the neonatal unit at the JR in Oxford. Please share if you know anybody who would be interested in supporting this amazing team! 👶🏻

Twenty years ago today I joined the NHS and worked my first shift as a Nursery Nurse on the neonatal unit at @OUHospitals! Such a privilege to be trusted to care for somebody else’s precious baby. So many amazing families and so many friends made ❤️ @amitguptabliss
On the train to London for my first ever UNICEF @babyfriendly team meeting! Can’t wait to finally meet all of the amazing women I now get to say I work with!! Appropriate train reading @Prof_AmyBrown
As we welcome back siblings and grandparents to the neonatal unit at the JR @OUHospitals it felt right to finally celebrate achieving @babyfriendly accreditation! So proud of the whole team!! 💙🤍@amitguptabliss@kread85@SsnapOxford
Thank you all! All down to the hard work of our team! A lot of celebrations to come this year. This year will be the 50th birthday of our neonatal unit. From humble beginnings to one of the busiest units in the country!! @OUHospitals @SafetySamFoster
Filled with joy that today our Neonatal unit @ouh is welcoming back siblings & other people the family choose to support them. 🎉🎉 So important for families & babies brain development to have the people who matter most close by. #nicu#parentsmatter#ficare@TVWNeonatal
