This includes more weight, more time under load, different form of the exercise, or an accommodating resistance (bands, chains) to name a few
No change = no adaptation
Unfortunately we live in an environment where we are having to reverse engineer skill acquisition. CLA should be an inherent staple in all athletes youth development due to playing in all types of pickup games against all types of different ages, in different size pitches, etc.
