Add one line to any code-review prompt:

"If you're not certain something is a real bug, label it UNVERIFIED."

Without it the model invents findings to look useful. With it you get a short list you can act on.

Before you let AI rewrite a slow query, make it explain first:

"Don't rewrite anything yet. Tell me which line of the EXPLAIN ANALYZE output is actually expensive, and why."

Otherwise you get a new query and still don't know what was wrong with the old one.
