Here’s past week: 3x strength + 1x cardio (HIIT). Recovery much needed on Fri + Sat. Today I feel fresh for upcoming week⚡️😎

@MorganPerry_ @franklagendijk @ouraring Yes! Bought Gen 2 last summer. I love it in combo with my Garmin watch. The way I see it: Watch for activity, Ring for recovery (Sleep + HRV). The goal is optimal balance ☯️. This will maximizes gains and minimize injury / fatigue.
