@HMRCcustomers please tell me what I can do when a complaint I raised in April 2025 still has not been resolved???! Its outrageous.

@HMRCcustomers No, I raised a complaint. Someone emailed me, and asked me to call them, at which time they told me to expect a letter from HMRC in August. That did not materialise. Now I am in all sorts of trouble due to HMRC incompetence. I have rung the original number twice. No response.
