WANTED: Sexually Violent Predator

On September 25, 2026 at approximately 3:30 a.m., Sexually Violent Predator Merle Wakefield's (DOB: 04/10/1957) GPS device alerted to "Tamper Mode" while working in Rancho Bernardo in the City of San Diego. Wakefield is supervised by Liberty Health Care (LHC) as part of the State's Conditional Release Program.

LHC responded to the scene and discovered that Wakefield's GPS had been removed and Wakefield was no longer at the location.

LHC notified the San Diego County Sheriff's Office and the San Diego Police Department.

Wakefield is currently wanted for violating the terms of his conditional release. He was convicted in 1980 and 1991 of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old and rape by force. Wakefield has been on conditional release since November 2024.

Wakefield stands 5'10" tall, weighs 230 pounds and has brown eyes.

If you see Wakefield, DO NOT APPROACH OR CONTACT HIM. Contact your local law enforcement law enforcement agency or call 9-1-1.

I attended a meeting of the UAP Governance Board on September 11, 2026 at the ODNI. That ODNI room was filled with honorable representatives from all branches of the executive branch of the U.S. government. The mood was sober and serious, following the deep interest in UAP from the White House. In my short presentation I clarified that President Trump’s directive to understand UAP would reverberate for millions of years in case it will seed a new understanding of our cosmic neighborhood. In my role as chair of the UAP Science Advisory Council to the White House, ODNI, the Department of War, the FBI, and the Intelligence Community, I felt more at home in the company of government officials than among comet experts in mainstream academia. Thanks to the historical waiver of legal repercussions to UAP whistleblowers issued by the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Aaron Lucas (@DepDNILukas), we are likely to learn more about history data collected by the U.S. government on UAP over the past century. What started as a down-to-Earth matter may end up reaching the stars. Eventually, the mainstream of academia will catch up but rather than wait for their awakening, I will be working around the clock to bring scientific clarity on UAP through the collection and analysis of new data.
