David Sinclair's lab just reversed infertility in mice that had been infertile for 6 months.

They took 16-month-old mice, the equivalent of a woman well past menopause, and made them produce offspring again.

The belief has always been that mammals run out of eggs and that's final.

Sinclair's lab proved otherwise.

They did it using NMN, a molecule that boosts energy levels in your cells. And it worked.

Now his team is working on applying something even more powerful - epigenetic reprogramming - to women's fertility

Sinclair was blunt about the problem. After 30, fertility drops dramatically. By the time many women are established in their careers, their window is closing or closed.

He called it unfair. Men can have children at 50 without thinking twice. Women face a biological deadline that no one in science has seriously tried to move.

His lab is now trying to move it.

If this works in humans, it doesn't just extend fertility. It gives women back the choice that biology took away.

White Liberals Are The Most Dangerous And Deceitful - Malcolm X

Oftentimes, people of colour mistake the liberal white person for a friend, given such individuals’ ability to mask their true intentions with niceties. This is often evident across the African continent, where certain political actors and analysts tend to prefer dealing with a U.S. government led by Democrats over one led by Republicans.

However, what is often overlooked is that it’s all a smokescreen. Whether liberal or conservative, the underlying perception of you as inferior remains intact. In the same way, America’s foreign policy is consistent, regardless of whether Washington is governed by Democrats or Republicans.

In this video, Malcolm X makes this argument very clear. He even suggests that dealing with an openly declared white supremacist, like some conservatives, is preferable to engaging with liberals, whom he describes as foxes, more dangerous than wolves.

Donald Trump’s presidency is an example of this perspective. His political opponents had, over decades, pursued the same foreign policy objectives in Africa, but they largely went unnoticed because they were covered in aid and diplomacy. Trump, by contrast, has stripped away that mask, exposing America’s underlying intentions.

It remains to be seen whether the African continent will take advantage of this moment in history and act accordingly.

This is not something to be proud of. It shows that African people fundamentally refuse to accept the reality that they live in, and thus do not adjust their behaviour accordingly, making them prennially open for exploitation.

If you live in a society whose rules of survival dictate that people do not buy water for strangers, why are you buying water for strangers? To prove what point to whom? It would be different if your disobedience of those societal rules was geared toward fundamentally shifting something about that society, but when it's for no greater purpose than spending your own hard-earned £1.99 to buy water for someone who will clutch her purse and cross the road to avoid you tomorrow, then what is the point?

Africans should quit trying to be "better" people than the rest of the world, and focus all their humanitarian energy on making Africa independent and prosperous for the collective. That is the only accomplishment that history will remember. Not whether Africans are individually great people or not.
