@DesignerGeeking Everyone brings unique skills to the table... when you leave, it's up to the org how important these skills remain. Hopefully you will leave enough of an impact to be deemed irreplaceable. Use every gun you have! At least the org will enjoy it while they have it.
@cwodtke@MSueAgee@sbustelo@IxDA I think it often is because we often have varying backgrounds. Some are educated in it, others kind of fall in to it as part of their job. Having a UX resource often is treated as a luxury, not a necessity, so mileage may vary.
