I just want to inform that I have been facing some medical issues from past few months still m making the payment as last month also I have made the total payment clear still the recovery agents doing me 200 calls a day and harassing me talking in abusive language even I emailed to the concerned manager miss surbhi yogi her contact no is 8655127590 and mail id is [email protected] and she also doesn’t know how to talk with customers as I told her I have been facing medical issues as well as financial issues please provide me time till 2nd of may which is my next due date I’ll Clear the total dues and she is saying I can’t do anything. Bank is charging interest and m ready to pay interest then why bank can’t provide me time for just 20 days more to repay it. Today Surbhi send me 60 emails for Overdue payment regarding #harrassment @RBI @udaykotak @KotakCares

My house is locked from 1 years how it's possible to come and show video every month your employee taking reading and every month Bill is 200-250. But now it's showing 6230 Rs.

If ticket is not confirmed how others passenger allowed in 3rd AC.. if All class is same then why prices is different.. and still General coach and 3rd AC coach middle gate is open.@drmncrald
