@wekesa_amos@genoeric1 The culture in East Africa is don’t blow your own trumpet but marketing is exactly that. Plus the communication differences mean the message is missed. We bridge that gap. To North America. China. Uk and more. All different sales strategies and our specialty.
@wekesa_amos Thank you @wekesa_amos it was super busy with many people so interested in coming to Uganda. We had trade engagement, runners, travellers and media.
A last minute plan and we are off to San Francisco to participate in the Marathon Expo promoting the @RwenzoriMarathn in Uganda. I’m delighted this came together as we expect around 75,000 people to pass by our booth - all things “Pearl of Africa”!
@NicholasKa35162 Thank you for that kind response. The problem is with countries that impose high level advisories and in this case a person traveling from that country means the insurance is invalid. This is why an incoming insurance could be a solution
The U.S. Level 4 “Do Not Travel” advisory for Uganda is disproportionate—and the biggest practical problem is insurance.
Why can’t a Ugandan insurer offer comprehensive visitor cover, including emergency treatment, evacuation, death and repatriation, purchased before travel, through tour operators or on arrival?
A practical Ugandan solution to a foreign advisory. #Uganda #TravelInsurance

@NicholasKa35162@RwenzoriMarathn@mofaug@KagutaMuseveni@TourismBoardUg Thank you I will certainly do my best. It was last minute so in order to have any chance of printing in time my finish time was 4 am and left for airport at 6 am. When the going gets tough we just get on with it and make it work! Grateful for the opportunity!
I think I may have found my favourite business class. For an upgrade of $499 from premium economy first impressions are fantastic. I’m on @Delta and their new cabin with @Missoni amenities and bedding and Tattinger champagne ❤️❤️ oh yes please!
