@AmerMedicalAssn I didn't go to medical school, sacrifice my 20's and early 30's to become a "provider". I did it to become a "Doctor." Happy to collaborate on care for patients, but at the end of the day, I'm going to lead the team because it's what I've trained to do.
@SalaryDr This works for certain specialties.
If you’re a surgeon that can’t fill a block? Negotiating your bonus is useless if you don’t have OR time to hit it.
@georgetolisjr To be fair, a lot of cardiac surgeons are doing hemiarches and leaving inherently unstable anatomy in the arch in the hopes that a device will bail them out later, when some of this would have been easily managed with a Total arch + FET.
I don’t think the answer @SalaryDr was looking for was for Jesse Morse to talk about how he left medicine to start grifting. (This guy is a fuckin clown by the way).
@AmputationSuck giving sound advice tho.
@NancyMace Nancy - You’re a fucking crazy as fuck loser if you think that the seniors that benefited from an economy that allowed them to build their roots on one income should now get a pass on property tax.
Fuck you. Ride out of here in the clown car you came in.
