Why does ANY US Citizen in the entire country believe non US citizens should be able to vote?
Why would ANY US Citizen disagree with showing ID to vote?
I dont get it, every single US Citizen should be aligned on this issue.
I cant go to South Africa (where we went for 6 months) and vote... shoot I couldn't even get a bank account in SA.
Laura’s hand, which had been gripping Mr. Buttons’ ear, started to shake. Not a subtle tremor. A visible, uncontrollable shiver that ran down her fingers into the plush fabric.

Dr. Patel looked at her, then back at me. His jaw tightened, and I saw the moment he made a decision that had nothing to do with medicine.
“How long has this been missing?” he asked.
I swallowed. “Months.”
Laura spoke again, too fast, too bright. “We thought the maid misplaced it. This is—this is crazy.”
Dr. Patel didn’t look convinced. He lifted his gaze toward a nurse near the door. “Bag and label it as recovered foreign body,” he said. Then, without taking his eyes off us, he added, “And call security now.”
Good rule of being a dad:
Don’t let your sons waste hours and days of their lives sitting out in the outfield.
If they aren’t a stud, find something else to do.
@cperruna@TicketInsider Seems possible and technically analogous but MDB may be more distinguishable as mission critical "piping" whereas MNDY is efficiency software that is potentially duplicable? Always appreciate your insights, Chris.
SEMICONDUCTOR CAPEX RECEIVER THESIS
It's hard for me to understand the doomers who compare GPU cycle to the Global Crossing of the Dotcom Era.
Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, and Google have increased their 2025 capital expenditure by about 33%.
Those aren't telco companies. Those are the most valuable companies in the world -- and they have both FCF and positive ROI on their cloud spend.
AI-related capex is projected to grow by 53% in 2025, and total US AI investment could reach $406 billion (1.3% of GDP).
The AI capex cycle still has quite a bit of room to run.
BTW, our original thesis is below - take a look...
Reminder: the most spectacular and likely last display of insane speculative behaviour of this crypto cycle (and perhaps for the whole global bubble) - see posts below - will begin when Bitcoin dominance will go down not when Bitcoin price just goes up
@cperruna Strong agree. If only more political types could put it into practice. But the risk of financial loss to contradicting their prior party line prevents as much 99% of the time.
@bariweiss@PalantirTech@uaustinorg 1) How does he explain his fearless approach to speaking to media? e.g. comments about analysts last year. 2) What are his views on Trump presidency?
@MarcelAndRogie 2/2 Cannot win with a player like that. He won't change. The hard pass every time is also selfish and annoying and not a good thing. Make speed of the pass appropriate to the play not as hard as you can every time no matter the instance.
