@Babar1B Ha, getting other people to help with your complications is a constant problem, one ortho knows well.
You need to have potential help situated before the procedures, and then it’s fine. And these seem to mostly be done now by neurosurgery or pain management.
@PeteBogg Yes we are all very familiar with the old epidemic of problems we had from, squints and checks notes, “people impersonating doctors to call in, or be called by the nurse for verbal orders”.
Not to mention most verbal orders are face to face
@SPHdeORD@DrDiGiorgio@WinterMaidennn He does seem clueless on it.
But It’s hard to blame him entirely since he clearly never knew what paper charts were like, so he can’t understand how they were superior in some ways.
@WinterMaidennn@DrDiGiorgio@PeteBogg Epic is simultaneously great and terrible in various ways.
I love it, but that’s because I don’t input anything on it at all.
@PeteBogg@WinterMaidennn@DrDiGiorgio Perhaps, but I didn’t miss the part where we were trying to mock verbal orders.
He’s right, this incessant appeal to the superiority of clicking with a mouse is foolish. I realize that you likely don’t know what it was like before with paper charts. I caught the very end of it.
@PeteBogg@WinterMaidennn@DrDiGiorgio That’s ironic stupid funny, since I give verbal orders everyday for sedation for the drug in your name. And there’s literally no other way for me to do it during procedures.
@rand_longevity This is the mother of things that will never happen. I rate Aliens invading earth higher than this.
Everybody bookmark this so we can come back and dunk on this idiot in two years.
@5_utr@EvanThomas84 Too small and too old a study. The recent stuff all shows resection superior. It’s not much, and I get it, some people are too old/sick for resection. But I really just said that to get some rad oncs blood pumping
@noostrom0 My claim is based on personal experience. Your claim is based on literally nothing. I don’t need to defend it.
And yea you saying that this adeno wouldn’t be a problem for the guy, is suggesting that they should ignore cancer in the Pope, because “it won’t be a problem.
