It sucks when you're in and people back out because they know they won't win with lower rank players

@Bubblesnconkie @scopely @NianticHelp The glitch where your about to win and the raid ends because the boss timer resets (usually every 30 minutes). Never join a dmax raid with under 5 minute left, otherwise you'll get kicked out of your in middle of battle.

Also nearly impossible to win with 4 local trainers.

Its nearly impossible to win, you need 4 trainers and hope they got a good team and don't back out on you before raid starts. Otherwise you'll lose and lose a remote pass.
