Could UAP Be Relics of a Pre-Human Civilization?

Such an origin for a non-human tech would be easier to reconcile with the vastness of interstellar pace. It does not require an alien species on an exoplanet to develop a travel plan that mitigates the hazardous conditions of interstellar space during a trip that may take billions
of years. Instead, it requires technologies that survive for a small fraction of a billion years in the immediate vicinity of a known habitable planet. The UAP Science Advisory Council and the Galileo Project under my leadership, will attempt to analyze or collect better data on UAP in order to resolve their nature and origin.

If technological UAP are human-made, our scientific research will contribute to national security. If some UAPs originated from an Earth-based civilization that predated humans by hundreds of millions of years, we will learn more about our ancestors and the long-term history of our home planet.
