@WCharlesWrites Periods of productivity then periods of nothing are very common in creative work. One idea is to measure your inputs - e.g. how many hours a day you put in, rather than your outputs, which will also be affected by other variables (like energy / creativity etc)
Sometimes meetings are productive, effective ways to move something forward. But sometimes they're just our default next step to feel like we're doing something on a project. A more productive alternative can be to get someone to draft a doc that proposes a way forward
What time is the meeting to talk about the last meeting so we can schedule the next meeting? Actually, before we schedule that meeting, can we meet & discuss? I'll see what meetings I can move.
Sometimes, meetings are the death of productivity. Get busy. Have a great Wednesdayπ
@chesterzoo weβd like to visit today with gift tickets - do we need to let you know weβre coming? We couldnβt see an option to book using them online. Thanks!

Are you doing any online networking? With Covid stopping us getting together in person, this is becoming a vital part of our job & career arsenal - but it's easy to bury your head in the sand & put it off. For soloprenuers I highly recommend @TheFlexNetwork #onlinenetworkingday
