Our nation completely dies if we listen to advice such as "don't mind who is stealing or who is not stealing." Of course we should mind. Why should anyone be allowed to steal our taxes? That's dangerous advice right there. We should mind who is stealing.

Every country that developed minds who is stealing. Singapore, for instance. Read the story of how its first Prime Minister, Lee Kuan Yew, ensured, from the very beginning, that corruption should be severely punished. They don't joke about corruption there. They mind who is stealing, and they severely punish them. So, frankly, such advice is wrong and we, as a nation, must reject it.
