1. Stay hydrated
2. Meditate for 10 minutes
3. Do 20 air squats after a meal
4. Take a 20 minute walk outside
5. Go screen free for an entire day
6. Park your car in the farthest spot
7. Take the stairs instead of the escalator

@HarmonyHaven_1 Fabulous reminder! I especially appreciate the reminder not to blame your parents. Both as an adult and as a parent. We all do the best we can and part of that is to quit making excuses and to grow from our experiences.
WEEK ONE:
•Didn’t quit.
•Got moving.
•Remembered my hashtags (eventually).
•Talked to myself like a champ.
I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m walking there with purpose (and probably snacks).
