@RoyalMail why lie about “attempted delivery” ? Postman did not ring our doorbell & no card was left to say delivery was attempted . This gives the sender no option to make a claim for the Next Day Special Delivery parcels. Disgraceful behaviour.

@Ryanair three debits have appeared on my credit card from Ryanair all for over £300 each which my bank tells me Ryanair have credited back to my account today . I do not use my credit card to make bookings so I do not understand how this has happened . Any explanation?

@easyJet thank you for holding our flight from Schiphol to STN this morning after queuing for over 4 hours . We were so happy to finally board. @Schiphol your staff need training in line management. Totally disorganised & bloody rude too . Worst airport experience ever!!
