@NigBarAssoc There can't be a good, functional, corrupt free and healthy Judiciary with judges alone. The justice sector reform MUST be all-inclusive, incorporating and favouring all stakeholders in the sector. A tree cannot make a forest. Other judiciary staff deserve care and attention too!
