Very disappointed with Amazon's Open Box Delivery process.
Today, I received my Bosch GSB 600 Impact Drill Machine order. The delivery associate was in a hurry, asked for the OTP, took the delivery photo, and marked the order as delivered. 1/n

As a customer, I reported the issue immediately, yet I'm being denied support. This is unfair and defeats the purpose of Open Box Delivery.
Please investigate this issue and provide a fair resolution.

saying I had already shared the OTP during the Open Box Delivery.
If the delivery photo taken by the associate is reviewed, it should clearly show that the package was incomplete at the time of delivery. 3/n
