- Israel has openly claimed their desire to create a failed state in Iran so they could seize power over the region to expand Israel's territory
- CIA has said as recent as last year that Iran didnt have the capability to harm US citizens even if they wanted to and wouldnt for at LEAST 10 years as Barack had already secured a deal during his term to keep their nuclear program under control.
- US is admitting there is no evidence Iran wanted to attack us
- Saudi allies are on the news saying Trump has betrayed all of our Middle Eastern allies (the Gulf states) by decimating their tourism industry now and abandoning them as Iran blows up oil and gas sites everywhere in the region.
- Trump openly admitted that he wanted regime change in Iran yesterday. He has also admitted to major news sources that everyone who he wanted to take over has now been killed.
- the Strait of Hormuz is closed, which means gas and energy is about to SKYROCKET. Oil prices are trading up +10% as we speak and Financial Times is reporting gas prices will go up 50% in the coming days here.
- 150 little girls are dead because of the U.S. bombing their school.
- Americans have been abandoned in the region as they are calling into news stations saying that their neighbors from Europe are being escorted out by their governments sending planes to get them.
- None of Trump's people will speak out as news sources say they are completely panicked and have no idea what to do.

It's as chaotic as it seems.

Many of my Republican colleagues champion “merit” - meeting basic standards for a job.
The Surgeon General MUST be a member of the USPHS Commissioned Corps. To serve as a physician in the Corps, you MUST hold an active medical license.

I -and every prior SG- was held to that standard.

If the administration lowers (or creates a back door around) those standards, and the Senate confirms Casey Means (who has let her license go inactive and didn't complete residency), they undermine every argument they've made about merit, standards, and opposing “DEI” shortcuts. 🤷🏽‍♂️
