Still curious, you never answered my question about how many shares short your fund holds in NWBO. Obviously, from your investor letter, you're not opposed to detailing your short position, i.e. $17m short TSLA [1].

Lastly, lets not turn off my ability to respond to your posts and then write a hack job piece on what I wrote when I tagged you [3]. I never claimed you were under investigation. I never claimed you were named in a lawsuit. I never claimed you received a document preservation letter from a law firm.

Another data point to consider regarding the potential scale of the MM's alleged naked short covering scheme.

Remember when Defendant broker-dealers complained that allowing NWBO's lawsuit to continue would flood the courts with further litigation as this type of behavior (spoofing) happens "in virtually every stock in every trading venue across the country..."? See Image 1.

Here is one such 'copycat' case involving $GTII. See Image 2. Note that this case gives 26 examples of spoofing.

In Harrington we saw 958 examples of spoofing. [1]

NWBO's case gave 2,849 examples of spoofing.

If you recall, NWBO stated that they believe the spoofing is being done for the purpose of a naked short covering scheme:

"And like here, the plaintiff alleged that defendants sought to benefit from their spoofing by
obtaining shares at below-market prices in order to cover short positions established through a
related alleged scheme of naked short selling." (Emphasis added) See Image 3.

Does this tell us how many naked short positions are in NWBO? No, but the size of the other spoofing cases gives us another data point to consider. The various spoofing cases show us the massive scale of spoofing that occurred in NWBO stock. If NWBO legal filings are to be believed, it would appear an enormous naked short covering scheme was (or maybe 'is') taking place with NWBO stock.

Dr. Musella: Can you compare the OS of those who did not get the vaccine upfront to those that got placebo and did not crossover?

Dr. Liau: There were few very few of them left. If you looked at the data, 99 patients were in that placebo group. If you exclude the few that actually dropped out, there is 93. 64 of them crossed over. We only had a group of 29. Of those 29, many of them actually passed away before crossover or were to sick to crossover. The numbers were not sufficient to make that comparison.

Dr. Musella: If you did make that comparison people would have probably criticized you for using such small numbers.

Dr. Liau: Right.

Recall, Linda Powers stated the Statistical Analysis Plan would not be unblinded until all 4 regulators approved of said plan. See Image 2.

Lastly, the MHRA approved the Pediatric Investigation Plan using the same trial design as the P3 DCVax-L trial. See Image 3.

What does this all mean?

I have zero concerns with the use of an ECA and apparently the regulators have the same level of concern, zero.
